Preparing Suites for Arrivals

Operating Procedure

Cats:

• Check the occupied runs list to see who is arriving. Prepare rooms scheduled for arrivals with water, bedding and a litter box.

ALL DOG SUITES: 

The receptionist or whoever brings the dog back is responsible for providing the pet with a fresh, clean water bowl. No other prep work must be done ahead of time besides the daily obvious suite cleaning that is already completed. Pet techs will hand out bedding after the dog has arrived - besides Luxury Suites, where the bedding is already in place when the dog arrives.
 

Luxury Suites: 

• A Kuranda bed will already be in the suite as part of the cleaning procedure, and upon arrival it is the receptionist or whoever brings the dog back to the room's responsibility to ensure the bed is of the correct size.
