Place Dirty Bedding in Laundry

IF THE BED OR ITEM IS THE OURS:

1. Retrieve the dirty bed.
   • If it is a Kuranda bed, spray with disinfectant, and let sit for 10 minutes before drying off. If it is really soiled, take it to an area outside to rinse with a foamer and hose to completely deep clean the bed. Then dry off bed and return to room.
   • If it is a soft standard bed, remove all feces from the bed using a poop scoop, (if needed take it outside to rinse off with hose). After all feces from bed is removed, place bed in laundry bin so it can be washed. 

IF THE BED OR ITEM IS THE CUSTOMER'S:

• Retrieve the dirty bed.
  • Remove all feces from the bed or item using a poop scoop, (if needed take it outside to rinse off with hose). After all feces is removed, place item in laundry bin so it can be washed.
  • BE SURE TO LOG IT ON THE GUEST LAUNDRY SHEET!
  • Return item back to guest's room as soon as possible. 
  • If the pet is leaving today, notify reception that the item is in laundry.
