The following internal policies are designed to ensure the following:

All guests of Paws Pet Resort have minimal risk of harming a human or another dog.
All guests of Paws Pet Resort have minimal risk of experiencing a significant health issue during their stay.
All guests of Paws Pet Resort can be safely handled by ALL team members during their stay.

Age

If a dog is over 10 years of age, please ensure the dog is in good health before they visit our facility. Our goal is to make sure we do what is in the pet's best interest!

Health Restrictions

A pet that has ongoing health issues may not be allowed to visit Paws Pet Resort and Spa. We do not take pets with:

Diabetes/Insulin
Requires injections
Heart issues
Kidney issues
Skin issues
Skeletal issues
Cancer
FIV (cats)
Requires diapers

If there are any questions relating to health issues, please ask a manager or owner. If we must turn away a customer for any health issues, please refer them to their veterinarian for medical boarding.

Behavior Restrictions:

A pet that has ongoing behavior challenges is NOT ALLOWED to visit Paws Pet Resort and Spa. We do not take pets that are:

Aggresive
Dominant
Highly Unpredictable
