Filling out Room Cards
Operating Procedure
This is what the bottom of a room card looks like. There are four sections per day, one for each elimination. Fill out all the empty squares, as shown with the blue text below. The explanation of the numbers "code" is at the bottom of the run card in case you need a reminder of what each number represents.

If anything is abnormal, please write the abnormality on the pet's room card, let management know, and ensure a note is left on the animal's profile in Gingr.
This includes:
- Diahreia
- Constipation
- Blood in stool or urine
- Worms in stool
- A pet that doesn't pass their wellness check
- Not drinking enough water or eating enough food
- Drinking excessive water
- Throwing up
- A pet is not acting like normal
- IF YOU SEE SOMETHING, SAY SOMETHING!
