Completing Eliminations and Walks

Operating Procedure

All canine guests will receive "Eliminations" each day to ensure they have a sufficient opportunity to urinate and defecate outside, just like they do at home. This procedure is designed to ensure this service is completed in a safe, friendly, and efficient manner.

Eliminations: can be either during playtime, or a walk. This procedure will ensure each dog is out at least 4 times per day.

Important Notes:

  • Never leave gates or dog's room doors open
  • Clean rooms if needed
  • If a dog needs to be cleaned, bring them into grooming for a no-charge, quick bath.
  • Eliminations will be started 30 MINUTES after the dogs have been fed.
