Gingr - Viewing User History and Outgoing Email Log

Overview


 

Gingr keeps track of everything. This will give you an overview on how to view user's actions, as well as viewing emails that were sent out from Gingr to clients.

 

Please keep in mind that Gingr "batches" emails, so they will be sent once every ~1 to 5 minutes. If you do not see an outgoing email immediately, this is why.

 

Viewing User History

On the navigation bar on the left hand side of Gingr, navigate to 'Reports & More' > 'History'. 

  • If desired, you can search/filter by date, user, and/or action.

Viewing Outgoing Email Log

At the top of the history section, click the button titled 'Outgoing Email Log'.

  • If desired, you can search/filter by email subject, date sent, and/or email delivery address.
  • You can also view if the email was:
    • Bounced: Was not delivered due to server or spam issues (very uncommon)
    • Delivered: Email was successfully delivered to client. If an email was not delivered, the email address on file is likely to be incorrect. Please confirm this with the client.
    • Opened: If the client opened the email.
    • Clicked: If the client clicked on a link on an email, either to open our website or online portal.
