Gingr - Email and Text Confirmations

This overview will describe confirmation and reminder communications with clients. To view emails that have been sent through Gingr, visit the 'Gingr - Viewing User History and Outgoing Email Log' page on the knowledge base.

 

Here is an example of a boarding confirmation email: 

Hello Joe Whitright,

 

Thank you for booking with Paws Pet Resort & Spa! This is to confirm your boarding reservation for Honey arriving on October 23, 2023 at 7:00 am and staying with us until October 26, 2023 at 7:00 pm.  

 

*Please Send Paperwork Before Drop Off if Applicable*

Required Paperwork:

Dogs:

  • Rabies
  • Bordetella
  • Distemper
  • Dog License (paper copy)
  • Negative Fecal Exam (from past year)

Cats:

  • Rabies
  • Distemper

We can now process your dog's fecal sample! Just drop by with the sample - we'll have the results back the next day! 

 

If any of the records listed below are expired, please send proof of up to date paperwork prior to your appointment.

Rabies October 16, 2026 at 12:00 am

Bordetella October 18, 2024 at 12:00 am

DHLPP August 29, 2023 at 12:00 am

Dog License July 1, 2023 at 12:00 am

Negative Fecal Test September 12, 2024 at 12:00 am

 

Please ensure we have received all of your pet's updated records. If vaccinations are missing or expired, we ask that you send the documents to:

Any medications you would like us to administer must be in the original prescription bottle with your pet's name and dosage listed on it. All pets must be on an active flea and tick prevention program. All pets must be in good health and have not been ill with a communicable disease within the past 30 days. All bedding and bowls are provided. In the event you need to change your plans, we ask that you notify us two weeks prior to the reservation during peak times or three days prior during non-peak times.

Automatic Confirmations sent to: 

  • Boarding reservations
  • Grooming Appointments (also gets text confirmation)

Automatic Reminders sent to: 

  • Boarding Reservations (email, sent 3 days prior to drop-off date)
  • Grooming Appointments (text, sent 1 day prior to appointment) 

How to re-send a boarding confirmation email:

  • Navigate to the boarding reservation. 
  1. Press the email button.
  2. Press the 'Send Confirmation Email' button.
  3. Congrats! Email has been sent! 

 

Daycare: 

Daycare confirmation emails are not automatically sent out. If desired, to send one out manually, 

  • Navigate to the daycare reservation. 
  1. Press the email button.
  2. Press the 'Send New Reservation Email' button.
  3. Congrats! Email has been sent!
