Deactivating a Pet

Operating Procedure

When an animal unfortunately passes away, please deactivate them:

Deactivating a pet's profile:

1. Navigate to the correct pet's profile on Gingr.
2. Press the pencil button, select 'Edit (pet's name)'
3. At the bottom of the screen, press the button that says 'Archive Client (Deactivate)'.
4. Press the 'Save' button at the bottom of the page. Otherwise, it will not be saved.
   • Refresh the page to ensure changes were saved. 
5. Write an employee note in the owner's file about the pet passing away.
