Adding New Client or Pet to Gingr

Operating Procdure


 

This procedure will outline how to add a new client, or a new pet to an existing client file on Gingr.

 

Creating a new client file

  1. On the left-hand side menu, navigate to 'Owners & Pets' > 'New Record'.
  2. Follow the company script to ensure all key data is filled out swiftly and accurately.
    1. ​​​​​​​Note: Gingr will come up with a notification if the email or phone number is already in use. In this case, stop creating a new file, and locate their existing file on Gingr.
  3. ​​​​​​​Once owner information is completed, press 'Continue to Next Step' to add the first pet.
  4. Use company script to fill out pet information accurately.
  5. If there are additional pets, press 'Save and Add Another Animal' and fill out all the required information.
  6. Once file is complete, press 'Save' at the bottom of page to save.

Adding a pet to an existing file

  1. Navigate to the desired owner's file on Gingr.
  2. Press the pencil icon on the top right of the screen, then click 'Edit Owner'.
  3. Once in the editing owner screen, press 'Add Another Animal' at the top of the screen.
  4. Use company script to fill out pet information accurately. 
  5. Once file is complete, press 'Save' at the bottom of page to save.
