Moving Dog to Individual Play

Operating Procedure

IF a dog displays behavior NOT SUITABLE FOR GROUP PLAY during a group play session, immediately:

1. Update the playlist to move the dog from Group to Private activities for the remainder of the day.
2. Open the Guest's profile in Gingr. Remove the group play icon, and assign the individual play icon on their account.
3. Make a note (or incident report if serious) on the animal's profile about exactly what behavior was observed, and why the dog is no longer suitable for group play.
4. Notify the Front Desk staff to change all future activities on the dog's reservation to individual play.
   1. Also ask the Front Desk to check to see if the dog has any future reservations scheduled. If so the activities for all future reservations should also be modified.
   2. Front desk or supervisor must call the client to inform the client in a non-alarming manner.
5. After confirming the future activities on the dog's reservation have been changed to individual play, write on the pet's run card to ensure they are not taken out to group again.
